- 1960 – Pledged contributions to the Merkaz Harav Yeshiva, to be paid in 5 annual installments.
- 1960 – Authorized additional compensation to individual scholars at Machon Harry Fischel for meritorious service.
- 1961– Contributed toward the publication of a book on Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Halevy, by Rabbi Dr. O. Asher Reichel.
- 1961 – Contributed to the West Side Institutional Synagogue for a memorial for Rebecca F. Goldstein.
- 1961 – Created the Rebecca F. Goldstein Loan Fund for Scholars at Machon Harry Fischel.
- 196l – Issued a loan to the Agudath Israel World Organization.
- 1961 – Issued a loan to the Jewish Foundation School of Staten Island.

- 1962 – Created a Library Fund for the purchase of books and equipment for the libraries of various Day Schools.
- 1962 – Contributed toward the publication of the book “Megilat Polin”, by Yehuda Leyb Levin for distribution to libraries of religious or educational institutions.
- 1962 – Contributed to the Women’s Branch of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations for educational work in memory of Rebecca F. Goldstein.

- 1962 – Contributed to the Keren Rivkah loan fund for scholars and staff of Machon Harry Fischel.
