- 195l – Contributed to the Ramaz School.
- 195l – Contributed to the Jewish Community School (later re-named the Manhattan Day School).
- 195l – Created a new movement called “A Light Unto the World” to spread the light of Torah to moshavim, kibbutzim and to students in Israel, as well as to train Talmudic students in the art of public speaking.
- 1955 – Subsidized the publication of a 5-volume work, entitled, “Main Institutions of Jewish Law”, by Chief Rabbi Herzog.
- 1957 – Subsidized the reprinting and publication of an edition of the Chumash, to be sold to Day Schools serviced by Torah Umesorah.
- 1957 – Contributed to the Beth David Hospital on the condition that the hospital food would comply with Jewish Dietary Laws.
- 1957 – Issued a loan to Camp Agudah.
- 1958 – Created the Harry Fischel Loan Fund for Orthodox Jewish Day Schools.
- 1958 – Contributed toward the publication of newsletters designed to increase interest in and observance of Judaism.
- 1958 – Provided a prize during each of four years to be awarded by the Teachers Institute for Women of Stern College at their commencement exercises.
- 1958 – Contributed toward the re-publication of “Yesod Veshoresh Ha'avodah”, by Rabbi Alexander Ziskind, an ancestor of Jane Fischel.
- 1958 – Contributed to Bank Leumi LeIsrael toward loans for new housing in Israel.
- 1958 – Contributed to the Merkaz Harav Yeshiva for kitchen equipment.
- 1958 – Issued a loan to Agudath Israel.
- 1958 – Contributed to the Yeshiva University High School for Girls.
- 1959 – Issued the first in a series of loans for houses in Israel.
- 1959 – Contributed to the West Side Institutional Synagogue in connection with the dinner held on the 45th anniversary of Rabbi Herbert S. Goldstein’s services in the Ministry.
- 1959 – Issued a loan to Agudath Israel of America.
- 1959 – Contributed to the Jane Fischel Memorial Fund, in memory of Mrs. Kate Braz, mother of Jane Fischel.
- 1959 – Contributed to the Yeshiva University High School for Girls, toward the acquisition of a building.
