- 1970 – Contributed to the West Side Institutional Synagogue toward a plaque in memory of Rabbi Herbert S. Goldstein.
- 1970 – Contributed to the Historical Society of Hebrew Day Schools, toward a Jewish History Book from the traditional religious viewpoint.
- 1970 – Contributed to the Ramaz School.
- 1970 – Contributed to the Manhattan Day School.
- 1970 – Contributed to the Sarah Schenirer High School and Seminary.
- 1970 – Contributed to the Rabbanim Aid Society.
- 1970 – Contributed to the New Settlements Torah Association, which sent men to act as rabbis in settlements which were too small to support a rabbinical leader.
- 197l – Issued a loan to the West Side Institutional Synagogue.
- 1971 – Created a Mechitza Committee to assist in meeting the problem of developing mechitzot which are both aesthetically attractive and religiously suitable.
- 1971 – Contributed to the Wall Street Synagogue toward the re-publication and distribution of the book, “The Scientist and Religion”.
- 1971 – Contributed to a Vocational Guidance Program of the Joint Distribution Committee.
- 1971 – Contributed toward the distribution of the El Am Talmud, with an English translation of Commentaries.
- 1971 – Began an annual contribution toward the Rabbi Herbert S. Goldstein Memorial Prize to be granted to a person, institution or publication deserving special recognition for work done in spreading traditional Judaism (eventually discontinued).
- 1972 – Contributed to Torah Umesorah toward the preparation and publication of “The Maverick Rabbi”, a biography of Rabbi Herbert S. Goldstein, by Rabbi Aaron I. Reichel.
- 1972 – Contributed to the Jewish Center Torah Fund.
- 1972 – Contributed to the Staten Island Mesivta in honor of its Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Moshe Feinstein.
- 1973 – Issued a loan to Torah Umesorah.
- 1973 – Created a trust fund to be invested in Israel, the proceeds of which were to be used for a yearly fellowship for a distinguished scholar for work in Talmud and Jewish law.
- 1974 – Contributed to the Workmen’s Social Services for Israel.
- 1974 – Contributed to the Ramaz School.
